Agilysys, Inc. One-of-a-kind innovative technology enables caddies to manage their schedules as independent contractors, properties to better coordinate in real-time with players to deliver “white-glove” service, and managers to reduce manual work. The Mobile Caddie App delivers more than 20 hours per week in scheduling efficiency.
Technology innovations in the Agilysys Mobile Caddie App include instant synchronization with golf course tee sheets to ensure caddies receive timely assignments and guests are never left waiting; an availability calendar covering multiple courses and caddies; workflows that enable caddies to quickly receive assignments with options to accept or decline them; and real-time push notifications that keep everyone informed on changes as they occur. Because systems from other golf technology vendors rely on API or VPN transfers to communicate with caddie apps, they are unable to match how the Agilysys Caddie App works within the Agilysys Golf solution to instantly synchronize with tee sheets and deliver other immediacy and convenience features.

Streamsong Resort manages hundreds of golf rounds daily across multiple courses, with formats ranging from walking double-bag loops to group caddie support for cart play.
The resort frequently updates its tee sheet throughout the day, reflecting numerous adjustments such as cancellations, changes to player information, and service modifications. This dynamic environment led Mr. Lookabill and his team to seek a solution capable of handling ongoing, real-time guest activity.

The app is available on both iOS and Android devices, and a property can tailor its appearance to reflect unique styles, information and branding. Streamsong has launched the innovation under the brand Streamsong Loopers to deliver a unique Streamsong experience while running Agilysys technology. In addition to dramatically improving scheduling, Streamsong Loopers has helped onboard and manage more than 200 active caddies. The system includes an optional feature that enables new caddies to apply and be accepted for positions, an important time-saver for properties that experience seasonal turnover.
The administrator-facing module is fully embedded within the Agilysys Golf platform and transforms caddie management into a completely paperless operation. It delivers efficiency-enhancing capabilities such as a dashboard with timestamped confirmations; ‘first-to-confirm’ functionality that streamlines caddie, player and course reassignments; and flexible pairing logic that supports preferred caddie requests, fair distribution of assignments, and group coordination.
